Happy Birthday, Dylan!!!

Today is Dylan's 7th birthday!! My, my our sweet little boy is growing up!! And, what a BOY he is.. a true boy!! He asked us to wake him up early - before the sun came up- to go hunting this morning! He is usually our one to sleep in a little, so it was hard to wake him up! But, he & Bryce got all dressed in their camo gear and came out to eat donut cake with Daddy before he headed to work. He opened his presents and was very excited to see that he got a B B Gun! Now, he can't wait to go hunting this weekend while Daddy's home for the long weekend!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DYLAN!!!

Dylan wanted a donut cake again this morning for his birthday. We all like that idea also! :)

Fun at Papa & Nana's!

We always have a wonderful time at Papa & Nana's at the holidays! This year was no exception!

Papa checking the trot line with Bryce & Dylan on the pond in front of their house. They didn't have much luck catching the 'big one', but the memories cannot be replaced!

Nana always make a special plate of cookies for the kids! This year were some very yummy gingerbread cookies!

There has been a stray cat wander up to Papa & Nana's house. It was pretty skittish when we all got there, but after the boys hung around him awhile and played with him, he became very friendly to them! He even got a name- 'Vanilla'.

Dylan's birthday is the 30th, so we had a little birthday celebration for him with these cupcakes and of course presents from Papa & Nana and Aunt Nene & family and Aunt 'T' & Uncle Charlus.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve at Papa & Nana's is always with tradition that is fun for the kids!

This year Cayden's class made Reindeer Food. It was raining, so we decided that the reindeer may like to eat under the porch! :) He was very serious about this job!! Cute!!

Hunters!

I just had to get some pictures this morning before the boys went out on their 'hunting trip'. They love prowling our 6 acres- I told them now that they actually have a bow and a 'real' gun, I will cry when they bring their first dead bird or cute little squirrel home!

Birthday Party!!!

The boys had an absolute blast this weekend at their birthday party! Bryce's was the 11th and Dylan's is the 30th, so they had a joint party at a gym here near us. There was a huge foam pit with a rope swing over it so they could swing and land in the pit. The kids loved the bunji swing there also- Dylan almost touched the ceiling... and did flips while he was high in the air! There were 2 very bouncy trampolines that they all enjoyed. And they played some fun games also. We parents enjoyed it just as much!!

They had a 'camo theme' this year, so Bryce's cookie cake had a fishing scene on it.

Dylan's cake had a hunting scene on it.

The boys with all their buddies! Girls: Alayne, Mary Kate. Boys: Jake, Benjamin, Bryce, Cayden, Dylan, Kade, Camryn, Brock, Boone. Missing: Brent

Here Bryce is swinging on the swing over the foam pit.

Holiday Activities...

This time of year is always so busy, but we have really enjoyed it so far! Of course, there's lots of excitement around the house today since the boys get out of school at noon for the Christmas holidays. Cayden can't wait for them to be home!

Bryce and Dylan had their piano recital here last weekend. It was a first for most of the kiddos and they did awesome! Here Bryce & Dylan are with their good buddy Brent!

Dave & I on the way to Dave's Christmas party. Many thanks to my Dad & Mom for coming to entertain the boys while we were away. I don't know who had more fun that night.. the grandkids or the grandparents!

Cayden had his Chrsitmas program this week. The theme was "Don't Be Scared" and all the kids and teachers had matching shirts. There was a dinner before, so it was a nice evening. Bryce had his 1st basketball practice that evening, so he missed it.

Happy Birthday, Bryce!!

Yesterday was Bryce's 9th birthday! I can't believe it's already been 9 years since I became a Mom! We are so happy with the little man Bryce is becoming! Lots of fun years ahead, I'm sure!

Amongst the many gifts he had, this BB gun was his much anticipated favorite!!! Papa & Nana were here to help celebrate, so the 3 boys and Daddy & Papa went out shooting after breakfast!

Bryce requested Cheesecake Pie with oreo crust for his dessert!

Soccer Party!

Bryce's soccer team had their end of season party here at our house. They had a blast together! It was extra special siince they went to the playoffs this year!

The coaches gave the boys each their own medal with their name & number monogrammed on the back. It also says '3rd place' CAYSA tournament on the back. They were pretty proud of those!

The coaches wife, Beckie, made an awesome slide show that they showed on a huge screen! That was pretty exciting to watch!

Then the coaches were tied to a chair and showered with silly string! They were really good sports about it and let the boys have their fun!

Thanksgiving Fun!

We made a little trip this year at Thanksgiving time and ended up in Indianapolis, Indiana. We started out in Oklahoma City and visited my Grandma Beeman. I'm so glad we made that stop, because most of you know that she passed away that Friday afterwards. I am so glad that she was having a good day on Sunday when we saw her and she even gave a few smiles as she watched the boys play. She will be dearly missed!! Our next stop took us to my sister and brother-in-law's, Teresa & Charlus. We had a wonderful couple days there with them! Then we headed towards Indiana to Paul & Cheryl's.

Paul & Cheryl are expecting a baby boy in January! We had an awesome time there with them!

We hung out with the 'Crawmer Clan' and the kids (and adults!) all had such a fun time togeher!

The kiddos!

'Stratego' was a pretty popular game among the kids. Here Dylan, Cody and Macy are playing.

Cayden and Quinn were quite the buddies!

Happy Birthday to my Hubby!!!

Today is my wonderful husband's 42nd birthday! He is absolutely the best husband and the most awesome Daddy for 3 little boys! The boys were excited to have the birthday brownie when he got home tonight.

Daddy and his boys!

Soccer!!

Bryce's soccer team went to the playoffs this past weekend! What an exciting time for us all! These little guys gave their all and did great! They won all 3 games the first day and got to the 2nd one the next day before losing! It's hard to get that far and lose! They were practically the youngest team there at the playoffs- their U10 group includes kids ages 8 - 10 and most of these guys are 8 1/2 or 9, so they were playing bigger, older guys and still did great! GO BLAZERS!!!

Bryce and his biggest fan!! I am so proud of what a young man Bryce is turning out to be!!

One of their many sessions with Coach Phil and Coach Steve! These 2 guys are awesome! This team has been together since they started when they were 4. So, not only are they team mates, but they are all buddies! And the coaches treat them like their own!

The cheering section for the Blazers! We all had tshirts made with our son's name and # on the back.

Our family after their last game. These little guys had a hard time accepting that they had lost! So, we all got a little teary eyed while the coaches gave their pep talk to them telling how proud they were of them and that they were all still WINNERS in our eyes!!

Matt, Cayden & Dylan. These little brothers loved watching their big brother's games! I started babysitting Matt when he was just 6 weeks old, and kept him for 2 school years while his Mom was a school nurse. She was able to find a job where she could be home with him in the day, and I am glad for that, but Cayden & I sure miss him!! They are still the biggest buddies!

Halloween Fun!

This year we had another Halloween party with about 30 of our friends. I'm pretty sure I can say "Fun was had by all!" We had a hot dog supper with lots of cute Halloween desserts. The kids trick or treated and roasted marshmallows by the camp fire. We even had a few ghost stories told around the fire!

Me & my Howard Stern husband! The adults didn't dress up this year, but a couple of the men couldn't resist putting on their 'masks' when the kiddos came around to trick or treat!

The group of cute kiddos! Some of them weren't too happy about the picture session!

Salem is absolutely the cutest little girl! She got the hang of the trick or treating and kept reaching her hand out for more! :)
